If you backed one of our games on Kickstarter or Fig and never claimed your rewards, this page explains where things stand.
We cannot see your older pledge information
Our backer portals stayed open for a few years after each campaign ended, and were then taken down to comply with privacy requirements and protect backer information. We no longer hold backer records, so we aren't able to look you up by name, email address, or pledge number.
That doesn't necessarily mean we can't help — it just means we'll need to work it out with you directly rather than looking it up.
Game keys and digital rewards
We may still be able to help with digital rewards, including game keys, for any of our Kickstarter and Fig campaigns. Keys are generally available for both Steam and GOG.
To get started, please submit a request and tell us:
- Which game and campaign you backed, and roughly when
- Whether you'd prefer a Steam or GOG key
- Whatever details you still have about your original pledge
The more you can tell us about your pledge, the more quickly we can sort it out. We review these individually, so please bear with us — and be aware that we may come back to you with follow-up questions.
This applies to Fig backers too. Although Fig itself is no longer operating, we're happy to hear from you.
Physical rewards
Physical rewards — boxed copies, printed materials, and other items shipped as part of a campaign — were fulfilled at the time of each campaign, and we no longer have stock of those. We're sorry, but we aren't able to send replacements.
If you never received a physical item that you were owed, you're welcome to get in touch, but please know that in most cases there is nothing left for us to send.
Other digital extras
Some digital extras from our campaigns may still be available. If there's something specific you're looking for, mention it in your request and we'll let you know.
