Conversation text scrolling slows down over time (Windows)

Some users have reported this problem occurring. From what we have seen, it is caused by one of the following:

• High refresh rate monitors, i.e. 144 hz
• NVIDIA G-Sync or AMD FreeSync

If you experience this issue and these apply to you, please try the following:

1. Update your AMD or NVIDIA graphics drivers,
2. Disable G-Sync or FreeSync if you are using one, and,
3. Switch your Windows desktop refresh rate to 60 hz
