As ever, we encourage players to not give up and to expend every resource available to them, including information gleaned from the various walkthroughs available online. If all resources have been expended and you are still temporarily stuck, you might try loading an earlier save from before receiving the quest. Lastly, if the issue persists thereafter, and your adventure is yet early into the game, you might consider starting over. If you elect to restart your journey, it is recommended that you delete any older save files, and (if playing through Steam) disable your Steam cloud functionality until your new saves have been recorded.
