We have received extremely rare reports of this bug. To resolve it, you may wish to try the following solution:
- Reinstall the game and its updates.
- Troubleshoot disc playback issues. It is possible the problem might only occur with your disc due to damage, or it might only occur on your Xbox One and not someone else's.
- If you are using the Xbox Insider Program, we recommend leaving it. Pre-release updates may introduce bugs, instabilities, and other issues.
- If the problem persists, you may wish to reset your Xbox One to factory defaults.
